Where are art socks made?
Our socks are produced in Istanbul, Turkey. Our gift packaging is produced in Rotterdam, Netherlands. When selecting our production partners, we always ensure that safe working conditions and fair wages for all employees are prioritized.
Which size should I choose?
Art socks come in two sizes: 36-40 and 41-46.
Our socks are stretchy and fit perfectly. Therefore, we recommend choosing your normal size.
Tip: Are you unsure because you have size 40.5? In this case, we recommend choosing our small size (36-40). Do you have size 46 or are you just above it? You will probably fit our large size (41-46) just fine!
What material are the socks made of?
Our socks are made from high-quality organic cotton (80%), which provides ultimate comfort and durability. In addition to organic cotton, we also use polyamide (15%) and elastane (5%): these materials ensure that the socks are stretchy and remain beautiful for a long time.
How should I wash my socks?
Wash your Art Socks at a maximum of 40°C and avoid the dryer to maintain the colors and quality.
What is the warranty on your socks?
We offer a 6-month warranty against holes and manufacturing defects: if you have a hole in your socks within 6 months of purchase, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to resolve this for you :).
Are there any more new designs coming?
Yes, we regularly launch new designs. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new releases.

Some of our designs are limited edition, but popular items often return. Keep an eye on our website or sign up for updates.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. In most cases, you will receive your order the next day. After shipping, you will receive an email from PostNL with the track-and-trace code, so you can see exactly where and when your package will be delivered.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders over €35 are shipped for free to the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €35, we charge a contribution of €5.95 for shipping costs.
What shipping methods do you offer?
All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped with PostNL. Orders to Germany are shipped with DHL Express.
Will my order fit through the letterbox?
Most packages fit through the mailbox, so you don't have to stay home for the delivery. Gift sets and large orders do not fit through the mailbox and are sent as standard packages.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
We usually get started on processing your order as soon as it is placed. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it may still be possible to make changes to your address details. Please send an email to our customer service with your order number for this.
My package has been lost during shipping. What now?
That is certainly not the intention! If your package has been lost, please contact our customer service. We are happy to help you resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Check our shipping page for the available countries and shipping costs or contact our customer service for options.
Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all popular payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
I have not received an order confirmation. Why not?
Check your spam folder. If you still haven't received anything, please contact our customer service, and we will ensure that you receive the order confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We usually get started on processing your order as soon as it is placed. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it is possible to make adjustments. Please send an email to our customer service with your order number.
We will do our best to process your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to implement the changes in time. If the items are not to your liking, you can always return them within 30 days.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to track the status of your package.
What should I do if my order contains missing or defective items?
That is certainly not the intention! Please contact our customer service so we can resolve this quickly and efficiently for you.
How can I view my order history?
Log in to your account on our website and go to 'My Orders' to view your order history.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the socks are unworn and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of worn and/or opened socks.
How do I start a return process?
Visit our returns page to quickly and easily start a return process.
Can I exchange my socks for a different design or size?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange socks. We ask you to return the socks.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the return.
Are there costs associated with returning?
Yes, the costs for returning an order are the responsibility of the customer, unless you have received a defective item.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us by sending an email to contact@Kunstsokken.nl with your order number. We will resolve this for you as soon as possible!
