How your order is handled
Ordered before 23:30 on a working day? Then your parcel leaves the same day. As soon as it is on its way, you get an email with a tracking code.
Most orders fit through the letterbox, so you don't have to be home. Gift sets and larger orders come as a parcel.

- Swiss customs may charge import duties and VAT on delivery
- Shipping is converted from euros (free over €50, below that €6.95); you will see the exact amount at checkout.
- Luxembourg: free over €50, below that €5.95
- We deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, not to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Switzerland is outside the EU. We ship with PostNL and Swiss Post. On delivery, Swiss customs may charge import duties and VAT; those charges are separate from our price and you pay them to the carrier.
United Kingdom: customs and import VAT are already taken care of. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
Can I still change my address?
As long as you haven't had a dispatch confirmation, usually yes. Email contact@kunstsokken.nl with your order number and the correct address.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet
Check your tracking page first. Has your parcel been stuck for longer than the delivery time above? Email us with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
